About Me

Well this is actually about you, because you’re getting married…. Congratulations! I truly hope that you are enjoying every moment of this amazingly, special time!

I am a champagne loving, fun, happy, loved up Registered Marriage Celebrant, based in Melbourne (but oh so happy to travel for love!!).

There are many things about which I am truly passionate in life. These include: champagne, family, friends, positive vibes, happy stories, and love! I love everything about love. From the moment two people meet and a new relationship is formed, to the moment a couple decides that they want to spend the rest of their lives together, and the moment when they finally get to say ‘I do’. I love it all.

Becoming a Celebrant has been a long time dream of mine, and something about which I am truly passionate. Throughout my life, I have been surrounded by love and strong marriages. I am very happily married to the love of my life, and can only hope that every couple feels the same love and happiness that we felt when we said our vows.

To me, there is no greater privilege and honour to stand beside a couple as they say their vows and begin their happily ever after.

Weddings

A ceremony created just for you! So long as the legal words are said, your ceremony can be however you want it to be. Your imagination is the only limit!!

Same sex ceremonies

Marriage, love and commitment should be celebrated, and every love story should be told. My heart is so full of happiness that the legislation in Australia has changed, and everyone has the opportunity to marry the one they love!

Registry style/Elopement

Short and simple yet beautiful and personal. A great option if you just want to do the legal bits.

What you will get from me

My promise to you is that your ceremony will be one that you will remember as being all about you as a couple. It will not be the same as any other couple’s ceremony. It will be all about your love, your way…whatever that means for you!

I love taking the time to really get to know you both. That means finding out the things that you love most about each other, your hopes and dreams for the future, those annoying habits that you have (let’s face it, we all have them!), your favorite memories and whatever else you (or any of your family or friends) feel like telling me (and I do ask lots of questions!).

It is your special day and it is your ceremony – so you can tell me exactly what you want it to be. But don’t stress if you don’t know where to begin! I will be there for you every step of the way to make it as stress free as possible!

Initial meeting

We will organise a time and have an obligation free meeting, where we will talk all things you and your love. This is a great chance for you to get to know me and for me to get to know you and to make sure we are all happy.

Ongoing contact and support

I am here for you and it is my mission to make sure you are so in love with your ceremony! So I encourage you to contact me as much as you need to via phone, email, Facebook - whatever you prefer!

Personalised ceremony

Your wedding day really is all about you and your husband/wife to be. No two ceremonies will be the same...however there are some legal words which must be included (these are the same for everyone).

Rehearsal

Totally up to you if you want to have a rehearsal, but it is recommended. I will need to see you close to your special day to get you to sign some more paperwork.

On the day

I will be there nice and early to ensure everything is ready to go. I will be there to calm your nerves, offer words of support, wipe your tears, make you smile, hug you - really whatever you need. Of course I will also conduct the ceremony!

PA

There is nothing worse than not being able to hear the beautiful words being said at a ceremony. Not to worry, I have a trusty PA with a wireless microphone to use.

Legal bits

I will lodge all of your paperwork, making sure your marriage is totally legit.
